Zilker 351 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Austin, TX. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the third-party services that help us operate. Questions? Email us at info@zilker351.org.

• Information you give us. When you use our contact and subscribe form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the topics you tell us you’re interested in.
• Donation information. If you donate, your payment and contact details are collected and processed by our donation platform (Bloomerang), not stored by this website.
• Usage information. With your consent, we collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (see “Analytics and cookies” below).

We use the information you provide to respond to your messages, send you updates about the topics you selected, process donations, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage. Analytics only runs after you accept the analytics category in our cookie consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Submissions from our contact form are delivered through Formspree, a form processing service. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile in Invisible mode, which performs a background verification without showing a challenge or tracking you across sites. By using the form you agree that Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum applies to that verification.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our programs — our analytics provider (Google), our form processor (Formspree), our spam protection provider (Cloudflare), and our donation platform (Bloomerang) — and only as needed for those services to function.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to send the updates you asked for, and we remove it when it’s no longer needed or when you ask us to. To have your information removed, email us at info@zilker351.org.

You can decline analytics cookies in the consent banner, unsubscribe from updates at any time, and ask us to access or delete the information you provided by emailing info@zilker351.org.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
