Wiring is an important technique for training and styling bonsai trees. Join the Austin Bonsai Society for our monthly club meeting to learn techniques for wiring from start to finish. There will be a wiring demonstration on a Wintergreen Boxwood. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own trees.

Tim Culbertson will be our guest speaker on Tuesday, February 3rd. His topic is “Amazing Soft-Leaved Orchids” which includes the genera: Pescatorea, Cochleanthes, Bollea and Huntleya. These genera are under-represented in many mixed collections.

On select dates throughout the year, the Garden offers free days where no admission is charged.

Enjoy an hour of early access to the Garden! Members will be granted entry at 8am, allowing you to have a quiet moment in the Garden before we open to the public.
